विश्व तम्बाखू निषेध दिवस पर हम बात कर रहे है उन लोगों के लिए जो इसमें फंस चुके है वो इससे कैसे निकले ? निश्चित रूप से इसमें से निकलना आसान नहीं है ये बात मैं बहुत अच्छे से जानता हूं  क्योंकि मैं लगभग 20 साल इसमें फंसा रहा हूँ। 3 से 4 साल तक तो ये लेना मुझे बहुत अच्छा लगा क्योंकि ये लेते ही मूड चेंज हो जाता है और अच्छा महसूस होने लगता था,रात को पढ़ने में नींद भागने में भी मुझे मदद मिली थी परंतु कुछ साल गुजरने के बाद जब मुझे इसके नुकसान महसूस होना शुरू हुए जैसे इसकी मात्रा लगातार बढ़ती जा रही थी , मैं जल्दी थक जाता था और खांसी बुखार में भी मैं चाहकर भी इसको बंद नहीं कर पाता था जिसके कारण मुझे खांसी लंबे समय बनी रहती थी। छोड़ने की इच्छा होते हुए भी इससे निकलने में मुझे 16-17 साल लग गए। आज मैं तम्बाखू से 6 साल से दूर हूँ । आज मैं देखता हूँ कि अधिकतर व्यक्ति जो लंबे समय से इसका उपभोग कर रहे है वो इसको छोड़ना चाहते है पर इससे निकल नहीं पा रहे है लोग इसके सामने शक्तिहीन हो गए है । दुर्भाग्यवश अभी तक कोई बहुत प्रभावी उपचार उपलब्ध भी नहीं है। 12th क्लास में मैंने सिगरेट पीना शुरू की कॉलेज ख़त्म
